Job Description

The Bombay Canteen is looking for Photographer & Editor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Photo Capture: Using professional cameras and equipment to take high-quality photographs, including portraits, landscapes, events, products, or any subject matter as per the project's requirements
Composition: Composing shots effectively by considering framing, lighting, angles, and other elements to create visually appealing images Lighting: Controlling and manipulating light to achieve the desired mood and ambiance in photographs This may involve natural light, studio lighting, or flash photography Subject Direction: Directing and guiding subjects or models during photo shoots to achieve specific poses or expressions Location Scouting: Identifying and selecting suitable locations for photo shoots, ensuring they align with the project's goals Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and managing photographic equipment, such as cameras, lenses, and lighting gear Image Organization: Cataloging and organizing photographs for easy access during the editing process

Post-Processing: Editing and retouching photographs using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom to enhance color, contrast, exposure, and overall image quality
Cropping and Framing: Adjusting image composition, cropping, and framing to improve the visual impact of the photographs Color Correction: Correcting colors and white balance to ensure that the images accurately represent the subject matter and desired style Retouching: Removing imperfections, blemishes, or distractions from portraits, product shots, or other images Special Effects: Adding creative effects, filters, or enhancements to achieve a particular artistic or thematic style Batch Processing: Editing multiple images efficiently, especially when working on large projects or events
