- Work with both Indian and UK skin tones, ensuring natural and elegant results.
- Edit RAW files using Lightroom & Photoshop with industry-standard quality.
- Maintain the brands color tone across all weddings.
- Create presets/look-up styles that align with DLight Wedding Company's visual identity.
- Deliver high-quality images within deadlines (no compromise on quality).
- Work closely with the photographer for styling, mood, and storytelling.
- Handle batch editing for large wedding sets while preserving artistic detail.
- Ensure confidentiality, trustworthiness, and consistency at all times.
- 3 to 10 years of professional photo editing/retouching experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wedding work (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of:
Skin retouching
Texture preservation
Cinematic tones
Warm & cool color palettes
High-end editorial finishing
- Must be highly reliable, disciplined, and quality-driven.
- Experience editing for studios in India or abroad is an advantage.
- Should be open to long-term collaboration.
