Photo Editor

Key Responsibilities

1. Image Editing & Retouching

• Perform high-quality photo editing, retouching, color correction, cropping, and resizing.
• Enhance images for clarity, consistency, and aesthetic appeal.
• Apply advanced techniques such as skin retouching, background removal, compositing, light adjustments, and object removal.

2. Photo Selection & Curation

• Review and shortlist images from photoshoots based on creative brief and brand requirements.
• Maintain organized photo libraries and ensure proper file naming and storage.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure all images meet technical standards (resolution, sharpness, color accuracy).
• Maintain consistency across all edited assets for campaigns and platforms.
• Conduct final checks before publication or handoff to the design or marketing team.

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with photographers, stylists, art directors, and marketing teams.
• Understand creative direction and implement visual guidelines consistently.
• Provide visual recommendations to enhance photoshoot outcomes.

5. Workflow & Production Management

• Manage editing timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and project importance.
• Suggest improvements to workflow to maximize efficiency.

6. Technical & Creative Expertise

• Stay updated on industry trends, editing software updates, and best practices.
• Maintain expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and other editing platforms.

Pay: ₹8,896.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
