Job Title: Photo Editor Key Responsibilities: Image Enhancement & Retouching Edit and retouch interior and exterior property photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other professional editing software Enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity and accuracy of the property Project Management Organize and manage high volumes of photo editing tasks Meet strict deadlines while maintaining consistently high quality standards Collaborate effectively with Project Manager to understand specific requirements Required Qualifications: Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Strong understanding of photography principles including lighting, composition, and camera techniques Experience with HDR processing and advanced photo manipulation techniques Experience & Portfolio Proven experience in real estate photo editing Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality real estate photography work Preferred Qualifications: Background in photography or visual arts Experience with batch processing and workflow automation Familiarity with virtual staging and 3D rendering software Show more Show less
