Role Overview This role is responsible for shaping and amplifying the Anantaya and AKFD brand narrative across digital platforms. By blending content creation, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and earned media, you will reinforce the brand’s design-led identity and cultural heritage. Department: Brand & Marketing Reports To: Brand Manager Location: On-Site Key Responsibilities 1. Content & Social Media Management Develop and execute a monthly content calendar covering social media, blogs, and editorial formats. Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories tied to product launches and brand campaigns. Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital channels. 2. Community Engagement Actively manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions. Drive engagement through interactive content and timely responses. 3. Influencer & Partner Collaborations Identify and onboard influencers and brand partners aligned with our values. Manage end-to-end collaboration workflows and track performance against campaign goals. 4. Earned Media & PR Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media platforms for meaningful brand coverage. Create and distribute press kits, brand decks, and other PR assets. 5. Editorial & Thought Leadership Write blog posts, interviews, and feature content that highlight the brand’s roots in design and craftsmanship. Position founders and leadership as industry thought leaders through editorial storytelling. 6. Analytics & Reporting Deliver regular reports on content, social media, and PR performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize future content and outreach strategies. You should have an eye for detail, a strong sense of timing and trends, and the ability to tell stories through imagery and video.
