Position: English Teacher (Phonics)

We are seeking a part-time, remote English Teacher specializing in Phonics. In this role, you will focus on teaching phonics to young learners, assessing their progress, and collaborating with our curriculum developers and fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching experience. No demo conversion, sales calls, or closures are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach phonics to young learners with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Conduct assessments and provide detailed feedback on student progress to the class coordinator.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and adapt them to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and other teachers to enhance the teaching experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in English.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience with young learners.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Literature.
• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with young learners, create captivating lesson plans, and deliver personalized feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency in computer use.
• Must have a desktop or laptop computer.
• Age limit: 19 to 35 years.
• Fluent in Tamil.

Job Details:

• Type: Part-time, Permanent
• Expected Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week
• Schedule: Evening shift, Fixed shift, Weekend availability
• Pay: ₹100 - ₹125 per hour
