Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns. Stay updated on product knowledge and service processes. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer service targets.
