Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a full-time Phlebotomist located in Panaji, responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, labeling and securely transporting samples, and maintaining accurate documentation of laboratory tests and results. Your role will involve following proper protocols for hygiene and patient safety, ensuring an excellent customer experience during sample collection, and maintaining close communication with medical staff while strictly adhering to medical guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Collect blood samples from patients using standardized techniques - Label and ensure secure transportation of samples - Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory tests and results - Follow proper protocols for hygiene and patient safety - Ensure excellent customer experience during sample collection - Communicate closely with medical staff - Adhere strictly to medical guidelines Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and Laboratory Skills - Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and concepts related to Medicine - Prior experience or expertise in Medical Assisting and handling diagnostic procedures - Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a positive patient experience - High attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols - Certification in phlebotomy or relevant healthcare field is preferred - Ability to work efficiently in an on-site healthcare environment,
