Job Title : Phlebotomist – Home Collection Company: QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd Location: All over Chennai Job Type: Full-time Job Summary : We are looking for a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist for Home Collection who will be responsible for collecting blood and other diagnostic samples from patients at their residences. The role requires punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols during home visits. Key Responsibilities : Visit patient homes for blood and sample collection as per assigned schedule. Verify patient identity and ensure informed consent before collection. Perform venipuncture or other required sample collection procedures. Label, pack, and transport samples safely to the lab within specified timelines. Maintain hygiene, infection control, and proper disposal of bio-waste. Ensure accurate documentation and update collection status in the system/app. Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients. Requirements : Diploma or Certification in Phlebotomy / Medical Lab Technician (MLT). Prior experience in sample collection, preferably home collection. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Good knowledge of local geography. Smartphone handling skills for app-based collection management. Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
