We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for testing, donation, or research while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and other blood collection techniques
Prepare and educate patients about procedures
Label, store, and prepare specimens for lab transport
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
Maintain and sanitize equipment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
Certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent preferred)
State licensure (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
