1. Arrange daily activities based on Camp samples / Hospital and Dialysis Center2. Identify beneficiaries and their personal information using their ID or documents. 3. Determine the right venipuncture method based on patient age, health etc. 4. Reassure patients and help them relax .5. Find veins that are suitable for puncture.6. Draw blood using sterilized needles, vials and other equipment.7. Must know how to draw blood sample through vacutainer. 8. Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples 9. Label/Barcoding of samples correctly and send or deliver them for testing in cold chain environment. 10. Answer patient questions and provide useful information 11. Keep accurate records on fluid specimens and tests 12. Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working 13. Help with blood transfusions when need 14. Comply with data integrity and security policies 15. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
