Job Description

LOCATION-

Experience-

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
venipuncture, capillary puncture, and blood draws
from patients of all age groups.
Accurately
label, document, and process blood samples
for laboratory testing.
Ensure
strict infection control
and biohazard waste disposal practices.
Comfort and guide patients before, during, and after blood collection.
Maintain and calibrate phlebotomy equipment as per standards.
Assist in
blood donation camps, health drives, and outreach programs
when required.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)
Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM)
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma)
Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma)

Key Skills:

Proficiency in
blood collection techniques

Strong
attention to detail
and record-keeping.
Good
patient communication and empathy
.
Knowledge of
infection control protocols
.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare settings.
