Job Description

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join healthcare team. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens, and maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to collect blood samples.
Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.
Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and proper storage or transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspace.
Provide clear instructions and support to patients, ensuring their comfort during procedures.
Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards.
Record patient information and procedures in the system accurately.
Collaborate with medical staff to address patient needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

Certification in Phlebotomy (CPT) or equivalent.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical training is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Must Have 2 Wheeler

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
