Job Description: As a Phlebotomist with 2+ years of relevant experience in a reputed diagnostics clinic or hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to drawing blood, handling fluid samples, and using medical equipment. Your role involves determining the appropriate venipuncture method based on patient demographics and utilizing effective puncture techniques. It is crucial to maintain optimal sample quality and quantity while demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with diverse patient populations and ensure their comfort through polite and patient interactions.
