Implementation and management of a multi-dimensional segmentation model for resource allocation in consultation with IPM sales and marketing team. Ensure regular updating of the already existing Segmentation Model and appropriate usage for all POSM installation in-market. To manage all aspects of cycle planning process as per cycle objectives, designing & production of cycle binders, circulating ASM docket, coordinating POSM nos. requirements as per cycle objectives from the field force etc. Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with PM policies and procedures, including Sales Force Operating Policies and Procedures, local and federal/state laws and the international marketing code. Scheduling leaf processing at GLT, Managing logistics to Primary manufacturing at Third Party Manufacturers as per production plan. Accountable for tobacco leaf analysis and data management for all leaf grades. Assist the team for forecasting leaf requirement each cropping season in the assigned geography and assisting the GLPD team in planning. Liaising Indonesia Lab for Sample analysis and create data repository. Accountable for cross functional collaboration with manufacturing, operations and S&OP & Demand planning team. Education : Batchelor/ Master’s degree in science, Agriculture Work Exp : Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in leaf tobacco buying, grading and processing. Other Skills : Comprehensive knowledge on green leaf quality, grading system. Profound knowledge of processing quality parameters in Green Leaf Threshing. Should have basic computer skills like MS office and experience working with system like SAP, PLM an advantage. Proficient English (written and Spoken) 6607
