Job Description

Pharmacy Purchase – Key Roles & Responsibilities (Concise)

Maintain vendor network and negotiate best rates.
Review stock levels and place timely purchase orders.
Coordinate with pharmacy store for inventory planning.
Ensure quality check of received medicines and consumables.
Manage documentation, invoices, and compliance as per NABH norms.
Track near-expiry items and minimize wastage.
Handle emergency purchases when required.
Update HIS/ERP with PO and GRN details.
Prepare basic purchase and consumption reports.
Coordinate with accounts and departments for approvals and clarifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
