As a full-time, on-site Pharmacy role based in Kakori, your responsibilities will include filling prescriptions, compounding medications, and supervising a team of pharmacy technicians. Upholding high standards of customer service is essential, along with ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. Maintaining precise records and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards are also key aspects of this position. Qualifications for this role include proficiency in Pharmacy and Prescription management, prior experience working with Pharmacy Technicians, strong Customer Service skills, expertise in compounding medications, meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, as well as relevant certification or licensure.,
