Job Title: Pharmacist / Pharmacy Sales Staff

About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our Retail Pharmacy team. Candidates who are passionate about customer service, responsible handling of medicines, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations are welcome to apply.

Position 1: Pharmacist

Requirements:

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification
• Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council registration
• Basic computer literacy (training on billing software will be provided)
• Ability to manage calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
• Knowledge of basic Google Sheets or MS Excel is an added advantage

Position 2: Pharmacy Sales Staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Retail Pharmacy sales MUST
• Basic knowledge of medicine names and categories is preferred
• Computer operation skills for billing (training will be provided)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
