Pharmacist

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, effective, and rational use of medicines while providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and review orders for accuracy and safety.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new drugs, therapies, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Provide immunization and health screening services (as applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Pharm) degree.
• Valid [State/National] pharmacy license.
• Proven experience in a community, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication, counseling, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
