Job Description

As a pharmacist at this company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, effective, and economic delivery of drug treatment. Your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to guarantee the proper management of drug treatment - Participating in the dispensary's activities, such as clinical and accuracy checking of prescriptions and dispensed medicines - Ensuring that all work complies with Medicines Ethics and Practice, local policies, risk management, and health and safety protocols - Dispensing and supplying medicines - Receiving, storing, and supplying controlled drugs following the Hospital Policy - Generating Purchase Orders (P.O.) and preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) - Managing medicine returns due to expiry dates - Handling narcotic substances and maintaining accurate records - Coordinating the procurement of non-available medicines from nearby chemists - Managing cash transactions with the cashier - Conducting quarterly stocktaking Qualifications required for this position include: - D. Pharma or B. Pharma degree - 1 to 7 years of experience in the field of pharmacy This position is based in Bangalore and falls under the category of Pharmacy.,
