Pharmacist Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist Representative to promote and sell our healthcare and skincare products to pharmacies, medical stores, and healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with pharmacists, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit pharmacies, medical shops, and healthcare outlets to introduce and promote products.
• Explain product benefits, usage, and USP (unique selling proposition) to pharmacists and staff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
• Collect orders and coordinate with the sales team for timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market growth.
• Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
• Conduct product training and awareness sessions when required.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years of pharma/healthcare/FMCG sales (freshers can apply if motivated).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
