Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist Nurse who will be responsible for ensuring safe patient care by combining clinical nursing duties with pharmaceutical expertise. The role involves patient support, medication management, dispensing, and assisting in preventive healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
• Dispense drugs accurately and maintain pharmacy stock/inventory.
• Educate patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and safety.
• Support doctors and clinical staff in treatment plans and patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, nursing, and pharmacy regulations.
• Provide first-aid and clinical support when required.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to enhance patient well-being.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) and Pharmacy (D. Pharma/B. Pharma).
• Valid nursing and pharmacy registration/licenses.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and patient care procedures.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
