Our mission is to become a trusted healthcare hub for the community, offering a complete ecosystem of retail pharmacy, wholesale medicines, an in-house doctor's chamber, and a Thyrocare diagnostic collection center.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to be a founding member of our team and help us build a reputation for excellent patient care from day one.

Your Role

As our lead Pharmacist, you will be the most important link between our patients and their healthcare. You won't just dispense medicine; you will be a trusted advisor, ensuring the safety, efficacy, and well-being of every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Dispensing: Read and interpret prescriptions from doctors, ensuring the correct medicine and dosage are dispensed accurately and safely.
• Patient Counseling: Provide clear and compassionate counseling to patients on how to take their medications, potential side effects, and possible drug interactions.
• Inventory & Billing: Manage the pharmacy's inventory using our software. This includes placing orders, stocking shelves, managing expiry dates, and preventing stock-outs of critical medicines.
• Legal Compliance: Maintain all necessary records as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. You will be responsible for the proper handling and record-keeping of Schedule H, H1, and other restricted drugs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house doctor to provide seamless care and manage prescriptions.
• Customer Service: Build a rapport with customers, answer their health-related queries, and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working in a retail medical shop or pharmacy.
• Education: A Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a PCI-approved institution.
• License: A valid and active Pharmacist Registration Certificate with the Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of generic and branded medicines, drug compositions, and therapeutic uses.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in using computers for billing and inventory.
