and ready to shifts duties

JOB REPOSIBILITIES: -

Dispensing medicines to I.P.D.
Dispensing medicines to O.P.D.
Handling Chemotherapy Drugs
Following proper storage conditions as per manufacturers
Inventory Control
Arrangement of medicines
Indenting for short items
IPD returns
NDPS issues
Documentation of NDPS sales bills
Forecasting of required medicines as per sales
Forecasting of Expired / Near Expiry medicines
Expiry / Recalled / Banned Drugs return to Central Pharmacy
Petty cash management
Statutory Compliance

To assist the reporting head in different activities, as and when directed from time to time.

Skill Sets:

Verbal Ability

Ability to take verbal instructions given by the supervisor or head of the department.

Other Skills

Have an affinity for teamwork.
Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
Technical skills required for using and maintaining the various equipment's and the computer.
Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
