Pharma Warehouse (Store)Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with manufacturing companies for product manufacturing updates and timely FG dispatch to warehouse.

Receive finished goods from manufacturing units and verify quantity & quality as per documentation.

Maintain accurate stock records (physical & system-based) including batch-wise traceability.

Plan and arrange product dispatch to customers as per orders.

Coordinate transportation and ensure timely delivery of products.

Maintain all warehouse documentation (GRN, dispatch notes, stock register, etc.).

Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and ensure regulatory compliance.

Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, handling, safety) for all products.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety standards.

Coordinate with customers for order status, delivery confirmation, and issue resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
