Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our Pharma PCD division. The role involves promoting our pharmaceutical products to potential franchise partners, distributors, and clients across India via telephone calls, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective PCD franchise partners and distributors. Explain company products, offerings, and business models clearly and convincingly. Handle inquiries from clients regarding product lists, price lists, promotional materials, and franchise opportunities. Generate leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a database of potential clients. Convert inquiries into confirmed PCD franchise deals. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Send quotations, promotional material, and product catalogs via email or WhatsApp. Maintain records of calls and client interactions. Meet weekly and monthly sales and call targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Collect feedback from clients and suggest improvements to management. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Graduate 1–3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Sales in the Pharmaceutical sector (PCD experience preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages. Good knowledge of Pharma PCD/franchise business models. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong sales attitude and result-oriented approach. Key Attributes: Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions daily. Willing to learn and adapt to new products and business processes.
