Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Pharma Marketing & Scientific Communication

Develop scientific promotional materials including visual aids, leave-behinds, brochures, monographs, and product literature for the field force.

Coordinate with Medical/Regulatory teams to ensure scientific accuracy in all promotional content.

Translate scientific studies and clinical data into easy-to-understand marketing materials for doctors and field staff.

Support sales teams with scientific references, competitor comparisons, and product positioning.

Organize doctor engagement activities such as CMEs, panel discussions, and product launch events.

Conduct market research on therapeutic areas, competitor brands, and prescribing behavior.

Corporate Marketing & Branding

Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Develop corporate communication materials (presentations, brochures, internal newsletters, etc.).

Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and event partners.

Ensure consistent brand image and corporate identity across all activities.

General Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor marketing calendars, budgets, and ROI analysis.

Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with creative teams for the design of scientific and corporate content.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of pharma marketing practices and scientific communication.

Expertise in designing visual aids, product literature, and medical content.

Ability to interpret clinical studies and convert into promotional content.

Excellent communication, presentation, and medical writing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel (knowledge of CorelDraw/Canva/Photoshop is an added advantage).

Strong organizational and vendor management skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in pharma marketing, product management, scientific literature, and corporate branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
