Our broad spectrum of services includes Predictive Analytics and Forecasting, Process Automation, Rapid Prototyping, Automated data management solutions, and Distilling Insights from Data using Secondary Market Research. We are currently seeking an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience for our competitive intelligence team in the Pharma domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple therapy areas such as Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology, among others. Candidates with a shorter notice period, on notice period, or those available immediately will be given higher preference. Qualifications: - MBA from a premier B-School. - Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is mandatory. Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing research and consulting projects in the pharma competitive intelligence domain. Areas of delivery for the team include: - Creating reports to answer business questions raised by the client. - Delivering impactful presentations. - Monitoring secondary data sources and news websites to create reports as applicable. - Performing in-depth secondary research and creating quality deliverables as per client demand. - Examples of projects include creating Industry Newsletters and Company Profiles, Competitive Benchmarking, Market Intelligence, Detailed Industry Analysis, Market Entry/Assessment/Sizing studies, Conference Coverage, Opportunity Assessments, Market Landscape Creation, Pipeline Analysis, and Clinical Trial Analysis. Key responsibilities of the position would include: - Ensuring high quality, on-time deliverables through rigorous checks of processes and output. - Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. - Story Building and Visualization to help create an impact on business decisions. Skills required: - Clear and concise communication. - Excellent verbal and writing skills, including the ability to summarize information into insights. - Good client presence - interacting and building relationships with clients and other team members. - Ability to take in new information and connect with the client's business. - Extensive knowledge of data and new sources, especially within the pharma domain, is preferred. - Expertise in MS-PowerPoint and other presentation tools. - Proficiency with MS-Excel would be a plus.,
