Role Overview: As a TGT English Teacher at Manav Rachna, you will shape the linguistic and literary aptitude of students through engaging English curriculum. Your responsibilities include facilitating interactive learning experiences, providing mentorship, and enhancing language proficiency, critical thinking skills, and appreciation for literature. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive English lesson plans in alignment with curriculum guidelines. - Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. - Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for academic growth and personal development. - Evaluate student progress through assessments and examinations, offering constructive feedback. - Integrate technology and multimedia resources for enhanced teaching effectiveness and student engagement. - Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning and enrich students" educational experience. - Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to address academic concerns and provide updates on student performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. - Prior teaching experience at the Middle school level. - Proficiency in English language instruction, including grammar, composition, and literary analysis. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents. - Passion for education and commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity and academic excellence in students.,
