Academic Responsibilities (PGT Psychology)

• Teach Psychology to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE/ISC curriculum.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
• Conduct practicals, case studies, and psychology-related activities.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments.
• Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, and school events.

Counselling & Student Support Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling for academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Identify students with learning difficulties, stress, anxiety, or emotional challenges and provide appropriate interventions.
• Conduct career guidance sessions and aptitude assessments for senior students.
• Design and conduct life skills, mental health awareness, and wellness programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical counselling practices at all times.
• Support students during transitions, examinations, and critical life stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
