Role Overview: As a facilitator of student learning, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the learning process for students in alignment with the National Curriculum Framework and the school's philosophy. This includes planning, preparing, and delivering lessons tailored to the educational needs, abilities, and achievements of individual students and groups. You will also be responsible for assessing, recording, and reporting on students" progress, providing constructive feedback, promoting student well-being, maintaining discipline, and ensuring their health and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to guidelines provided, focusing on individual students" needs. - Assess, record, and report on students" progress in knowledge, skills, and mindsets. - Correct and mark students" work, providing timely constructive feedback. - Maintain discipline, safeguard students" health and safety, and promote their general progress and well-being. - Review and evaluate your teaching strategies in line with the National Curriculum Framework guidelines. - Contribute to the school's development plan and participate in professional development opportunities. - Communicate and cooperate with school staff, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure students" best interests. - Utilize audiovisual technological devices during lesson delivery and ensure equipment's safe custody and maintenance. - Monitor students" attendance and contribute to the effective management and discipline of the school. Qualification Required: - Depth of content knowledge - Understanding of child psychology - Understanding of effective pedagogy - Time management skills - Willingness to learn - Relevant teaching experience and degrees - Experience of teaching 12th Grade - CBSE Board (Note: The Job Type is Full-time and the Work Location is In person.),
