Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Physics
Experience: Minimum 5 years as PGT Physics in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/International school

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and passionate PGT Physics Teacher who can make Physics easy, engaging, and enjoyable for students. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Physics (Theory & Practical), excellent English communication skills, and the ability to use modern teaching methodologies to enhance conceptual understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics to senior secondary classes (IX & XII) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical lessons with clarity, confidence, and strong subject expertise.
• Develop creative and simplified teaching methods to make Physics interesting, interactive, and easy to understand.
• Conduct daily routine academic work, including lesson planning, assignments, assessments, and student progress tracking.
• Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and practical evaluations with proper guidance.
• Organize and supervise Physics practical sessions, ensuring proper lab safety and experiment execution.
• Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and scientific curiosity in students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive, student-friendly learning environment.
• Collaborate with other faculty members for academic planning, events, and curriculum enhancement.
• Participate in school activities such as PTMs, workshops, and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc / M.Tech) in Physics from a recognized university.
• B.Ed is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher in a reputed CBSE school in India.
• Strong command over English language (written and spoken).
• Excellent conceptual clarity and expertise in both theory and practical Physics.
• Ability to use innovative, student-centric, and technology-based teaching methods.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with digital tools, smart classroom systems, and modern pedagogical practices.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire students to love the subject.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
