Roles & Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures on various physics topics.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and exams.

· Provide individualized instruction and support to help students achieve their academic goals.

• Create a stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.

· Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, educational tools, and subject matter developments.

· Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and school events.

• Prepare students for standardized tests and competitive exams in physics.

· Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Requirement

· Master's degree in Physics or a related field.

· Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) or equivalent teaching certification.

· At least 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level.

· Strong knowledge of physics and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.

· Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage a dynamic classroom and handle diverse learning needs.

· Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
