• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons often following the curriculum and guidelines.
• Create an interactive and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and participation from students of diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Prepare students for board exams and other competitive mathematics examinations by developing specialized strategies and conducting practice papers and mock exams.
• A Master's degree in Mathematics with deep content knowledge.
• Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt them to suit individual student needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong ability to manage classroom dynamics, foster a positive environment, and maintain student discipline.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and school administration to enhance the overall academic program.
• Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.
