Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver senior-secondary History lessons as per curriculum.
• Teach historical events, timelines, and political developments using engaging methods.
• Use maps, documents, and ICT tools to build analytical skills.
• Provide academic support through doubt-clearing, remedial, and exam-prep sessions.
• Guide students in projects, research work, and presentations.
• Maintain classroom discipline and participate in school academic activities.

Qualification:

• Post-Graduation (MA) in History from a recognized university.
• B.Ed (Mandatory).
• CTET/State TET qualification (preferred).

Experience:

• 3–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level.
• Experience in preparing students for board exams preferred.
• Exposure to smart classrooms, ICT tools, and activity-based teaching.

Key Skills:

• Strong subject-knowledge in History (Indian, World, Political history).
• Ability to explain complex historical events clearly and engagingly.
• Classroom management and discipline-maintaining skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal + written).
• Patience, empathy, and mentoring attitude toward students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
