In terms of pastoral responsibilities, you will need to create a conducive learning environment by ensuring discipline and student engagement. Providing guidance and support to students to help them overcome academic and personal challenges will be crucial. Additionally, you will offer counseling services to students, addressing their concerns and helping them make informed decisions. To qualify for this role, you should possess English teaching and communication skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A Master's degree in English Literature or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, is required.,
