Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Teach Computer Science to Grades XI and XII as per CBSE guidelines. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards. Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and study materials. Conduct practical sessions and guide students in programming and project work. Use modern teaching methods and technology to facilitate learning. Track and assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Encourage students’ participation in IT-related competitions, Olympiads, and exhibitions. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations, including theory and practical components. Maintain records of students' academic performance and attendance. Collaborate with other staff members for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary projects. Ensure the ethical and responsible use of digital technologies among students. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events. Stay updated with the latest trends in computer science and education. Qualifications & Experience: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science or a related field. B.Ed. is mandatory as per CBSE norms. Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred. Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and board exam pattern. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of programming languages (C++, Python, Java, etc.) Understanding of Data Structures, Networking, Databases, and Web Technologies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and LMS platforms. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
