Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Commerce subjects (Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy) as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct engaging classroom sessions, and deliver subject content effectively.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and board exam preparation.
• Maintain academic records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com /M.Com)
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE board exam pattern
• Proficient in classroom and time management
• Comfortable with digital teaching tools (e.g., Smart Boards, Google Classroom)
