Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly qualified Chemistry Faculty to join our senior secondary academic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the subject and a proven track record of mentoring students for competitive examinations such as IIT-JEE (Mains & Advanced) and NEET (UG).

The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of creating an engaging, intellectually stimulating classroom environment that supports the academic growth and competitive success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver well-structured, engaging, and conceptually sound lectures in Chemistry for Grades XI & XII, tailored to IIT-JEE and NEET syllabi (NCERT + advanced levels).

Develop and implement effective lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and test papers.
Provide personalized academic mentoring to students, addressing their doubts and ensuring conceptual clarity.Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide timely feedback.Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IIT-JEE/NEET exam patterns and syllabi.Collaborate with other subject faculty to plan interdisciplinary academic activities and mock examinations.Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, extra classes, and revision modules as required.Participate actively in faculty meetings, workshops, and curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. Chemistry) from a reputed institution.B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching Chemistry for IIT-JEE/NEET aspirants, preferably in reputed coaching institutes or CBSE-affiliated schools with an integrated coaching program.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.Expertise in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry as per the competitive exam syllabi.Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young minds.Proficiency in using smart classroom tools, digital content delivery, and online teaching platforms (an added advantage).
