Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Accountancy
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PGT Accountancy Teacher to educate senior secondary students (Class 11–12). The ideal candidate must have strong subject expertise, modern teaching methods, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Accountancy to Classes 11 & 12 as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and teaching materials.
• Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain student progress records and support academic growth.
• Prepare students for board examinations with conceptual clarity and practice.
• Use innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and real-life examples.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong command of accounting concepts and exam-oriented teaching.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, PPT, Smartboard).
