Job Description

1. Project Planning

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

4. Risk Management

Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Communication

Act as the point of contact between stakeholders and the team.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Ensure clear, timely communication across all levels.

6. Quality Control

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct reviews, testing, and validations.
Implement feedback and continuous improvements.

7. Documentation & Reporting
