pets pickup and drop executive

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, animal-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Pickup & Drop-off Staff member. In this role, you will safely transport pets between their homes and our facility (or other destinations such as grooming salons, veterinary clinics, or daycare centers). You’ll be the friendly face pets see before and after their visit, and an important point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and drop off pets according to the daily schedule.
• Ensure all animals are handled gently and securely during loading, travel, and unloading.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners about pickup/drop times, special instructions, or updates.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle suitable for pet transportation.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Monitor pets during travel to ensure comfort and well-being.
• Assist with basic pet care if required (e.g., leash handling, carrying small crates, offering water).
• Keep accurate logs of pickups, drop-offs, and any incidents.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience handling animals (especially dogs and cats).
• Ability to lift and carry pets or crates up to [X] lbs.
• Punctuality and reliability in keeping to a schedule.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Patience and a calm demeanor around animals.
• Basic knowledge of pet safety and comfort in transit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
