Pet Relationship Manager (Customer Executive)

As a Pet Relationship Manager at a premium brand for PET CARE products & services, your role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for key customers. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service through inbound calls, outbound calls, and chat interactions. Your proactive relationship management skills, deep understanding of pet care products/services, and ability to resolve customer queries will be crucial in driving satisfaction and loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. - Managing live chat conversations to provide prompt and accurate responses. - Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively, escalating as needed. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers. - Understanding individual customer needs and providing tailored recommendations for pet care products/services. - Acting as a trusted advisor by offering insights and solutions to improve customer satisfaction. - Staying updated on the company's pet care products and services. - Communicating product features, benefits, and proper usage effectively to customers. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline. - Pet Parent - Mandatory. - Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing key account management role. Skills needed for this position: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Empathy and patience in dealing with customers. - Proficiency in CRM tools and live chat platforms. - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
