PET Blow Moulding Operator

We are a well-established distribution company representing reputed brands such as HUL, ITC, Pepsi, Campa Cola, and more. We supply to Tuticorin and surrounding districts, and also actively engage in export and import operations.

We are currently hiring skilled and Experienced PET Blow Moulding Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting blow moulding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production for Parle's Bailley Packaged Drinking Water

Requirements:

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical
• Experience 5-10 Years with PET bottle production
• Proven experience as a PET Blow Moulding.
• Strong knowledge Operation and maintenance of PET blow moulding machines.
• Understanding of preforms, mould changeover, and process control.
• Understanding of quality control standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle preforms and ensure proper feeding to the machine
• Perform mould changeovers and machine setup for different bottle sizes
• Maintain optimal machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished bottles (weight, thickness, leakage, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Report to production supervisor and maintain production log
