Personal Social Media Assistant

You will be working as a Personal Social Media Assistant at Cosmoon Media, supporting the Founder, Kalash Jain. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing social media activities, planning and scheduling content across various platforms, engaging with leads through outreach via DMs and emails, and overseeing parts of company operations and CRM systems like Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient operations and freeing up the Founder's time for strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly organized, excels in planning and tracking tasks, and is well-versed in social media trends. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have prior experience with tools such as Notion, Instagram scheduling, and CRMs. As a self-starter, you should be able to take ownership of your responsibilities and work closely with the Founder on a daily basis to support the company's overall objectives.
