Job Description

As a Personal Loan Business Development Executive, your role involves generating business through the DSA channel. You will be responsible for recruiting and training DSAs on the product and relevant lead generation strategies. Your primary goal will be to achieve the monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager. In order to meet these targets, you will need to coordinate effectively with internal teams such as Sales coordinators, credit, and Operations for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
