Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home loan applications and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits to potential customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to support smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals and documentation completion.
• Address customer queries promptly and provide professional and courteous service.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid role — approximately 80% office-based and 20% field activity.
