Personal Coach

Role Overview: As a Personal Coach at Maxburn, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customized fitness programs tailored to clients" goals, abilities, and medical histories. You will conduct one-on-one training sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm, monitor client progress, provide feedback, and educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and injury prevention. Your role will also include maintaining a clean and safe environment, staying updated on fitness trends, and collaborating with the studio team to promote classes, workshops, and events. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients. - Conduct one-on-one training sessions with professionalism. - Monitor and evaluate client progress, providing feedback and adjustments. - Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and injury prevention. - Maintain a clean and safe environment in the studio. - Stay updated on fitness trends and certifications. - Collaborate with the studio team to promote classes, workshops, and events. Qualifications Required: - Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM). - Proven experience as a personal trainer (2+ years preferred). - Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition. - Excellent communication and motivational skills. - CPR/AED certification (preferred or must be obtained within 3 months). - Energetic, approachable, and passionate about fitness and wellness.
