Personal Care Assistant

• Interprofessional Communication:Facilitating clear and consistent communication between doctors, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Patient-Provider Communication:Explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication instructions in an understandable manner, actively listening to patient concerns, and fostering a trusting relationship.
• Relaying Patient Information:Communicating patient needs, symptoms, and progress to relevant healthcare providers accurately and efficiently.
• Conflict Resolution:Addressing and resolving conflicts or misunderstandings between team members or between patients and providers.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including communication logs and progress notes.
• Educating Patients and Families:Providing clear and concise information about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Using Technology:Utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and other communication platforms to streamline information flow and improve efficiency.
• Promoting Teamwork:Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Pay: ₹11,964.61 - ₹42,702.84 per month
