Role Overview

We are seeking a young, polished, and proactive Butler to work in a close-assistance, shadowing capacity with a high-profile principal. This role goes beyond traditional service responsibilities and requires someone who can anticipate needs, coordinate tasks, and support both personal and lifestyle-related requirements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong etiquette, discretion, situational awareness, and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistance & Shadowing

• Accompany and support the principal throughout daily activities.

• Ensure real-time readiness for all tasks and movements.

• Anticipate needs and prepare requirements in advance.

Butler & Household Support

• Maintain high grooming and service standards at all times.

• Assist with hosting, serving, and hospitality duties as required.

• Coordinate smoothly with household staff to ensure seamless service.

Logistics & Coordination

• Support with travel movements, vehicle coordination, and external visits.

• Handle personal errands, shopping, and small organisational tasks.

• Manage inventory of personal essentials and oversee timely replenishment.

Basic Administrative Support

• Use basic computer tools for documentation, scheduling, and communication.

• Maintain notes, reminders, and simple data records.

• Liaise with internal teams or household staff when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Butler in a private household or luxury hospitality environment.

• Young, smart, well-groomed, and service-oriented.

• Street-smart, proactive, and able to function with complete confidentiality.

• Basic computer literacy is essential.

• Must be locally based in Mumbai and available to join immediately.

• Strong multitasking ability and comfort working closely with the principal throughout the day.
